I recently visited The Art of Hair and had my hair cut and colored by Dustin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful, clean, and welcoming the salon is.
Dustin took the time to really listen to what I wanted and never made me feel rushed. His attention to detail and expertise were evident throughout the entire appointment. He also uses top-quality products, and you can absolutely tell the difference in the results.
I can honestly say this is the best haircut and color I’ve ever had. It’s not often you find someone who combines technical skill with genuine care for their clients, but Dustin does exactly that. If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, takes pride in their work, and delivers amazing results, I highly recommend The Art of Hair.
I’ve already rebooked my next appointment, and I can confidently say I’ve found my new salon!
Dustin Schrader at The Art of Hair is the best hair stylist in the area and beyond, that I have ever had do my hair! He has the exceptional expertise and artistic creativity that makes me feel so impressed and fortunate that I found him right in Marlborough! I've lived in Manhattan for over 20 years and have experienced the best Solons and hairstylist in the country. Moreover, I was a fashion and hair model in my late teens and twenties in Boston and NYC, so I really have been styled by top hairstylist in the industry! I usually only give five star reviews or none at all because, I don't want to waste my time giving a less deserving review...With that said Dustin Schrader deserves more than five stars, if it was available. If your looking for a hair stylist who really understands everything about hair styling, hair care and is a perfectionist who goes above and beyond with creativity, care and detailed dedication... Dustin at The Art of Hair is a gem and truly the best!
What a great salon! Dustin is just fun & wonderful, he went above & beyond to make sure my hair color was perfect. I can't thank him enough for his kindness & attention to detail. He is definitely a master of his craft!!! He also uses great products so if you like Moroccan Oil products they carry a great selection of them at great prices. I mean great prices. : )

Dustin is amazing! I have long hair and he did a great job cutting and adding highlights to my hair. Great Space and I felt very comfortable with him. If you are looking for a new stylist, you need to give him a try.

I absolutely love this place. He (Dustin) does a good job with my hair. I have been coming for years. He is my mom’s hair dresser before he became mine as well! I would recommend coming here if you want a professional to do your hair the right way and the way you want it or if you don’t know how you want it you can get it done with the way he feels and thinks is right for you.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to have Dustin do my hair and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I absolutely LOVE IT and I have received so many positive comments! I am absolutely delighted with Dustin's work. His placement of the highlights, the color, cut and condition of my hair are nicer than I could ever expect, and I left with a beautiful blow dry that maximized volume and shine. He is a true master of "The Art of Hair".

Very friendly stylist, he even opened early just to to be a accommodate to my schedule. Was able to give me plenty of tips and put my mind at ease about the troubles I have been seeing with my hair. Highly recommend to anyone who isn't just looking for a chop-job.

I got a haircut with Dustin last week. He did a great job!! He cut my hair exactly as I described and my bangs came out so good. He also styled my hair really nicely. I left the salon looking like a different person! It only cost $40 for the haircut; $10 off since it was my first time at this salon.
